He belonged to Nalgonda district of today's Telangana. ==Career== He was a member of the Communist Party of India which led the peasant struggle that is famous as the Telangana Rebellion. The rebellion was led under the banner of Andhra Mahasabha by the Communist Party of India. He was well known as Comrade B.N. among the cadres of the party. He continued as a member of the Communist Party of India till 1964 and took the side of the splinter group, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M) then. He was elected to the state assembly from Nalgonda district.
